Let breadth of rectangle=b
Length=b+5
Area=b(b+5)
Now,
L=b+5-1=b+4
B=b+3
New area =b(b+5) +32
(b+4)(b+3)=b^2 +5b +32
b^2 +7b +12=b^2 +5b +32
2b=20
b=10
l=15
