Answer:

let the breadth of the rectangle be x cm

then ATQ, length=x+5 cm

area1=l*b

area1=(x*(x+5))

area1=(x^2+5x)cm^2

again ATQ,

length = (x+5)+1 cm

length=(x+6)cm

breadth=(x+1)cm

area2=l*b

area2=(x+6)(x+1)

area2=(x^2+7x+6)cm^2

ATQ

area1+34=area2

x^2+5x+34=x^2+7x+6

7x-5x=34-6

2x=28

×=14cm

therefore;

breadth =14cm

and length=19cm
