Length L exceeds its breath B by 7cm
→L=B+7
Perimeter =2(L+B) =2×(B+7+B) =126
→ 4B+14=126
and B= (126−14)/4=28 cm

Let us take the breadth be x cm.
Then the length be x+7 cm.
Then perimete = 2(l+b).
= 2(x+x +7). = 2(2x+7).=4x + 14.
But it is given 126cm.
So atq 4x +14 = 126cm.
or 4x. = 126 -14 cm .
or 4x = 112 cm.
Therefore x = 28cm.

So the breadth = x cm . =28 cm.
