width = x cm

length be x + 14 cm

perimeter of rectangle be = 2(L+W)

2(x+x+14) = 160

2x+14 = 80

2x = 66

x = 33

width = 33 cm

length = 33+14 = 47 cm

let the width of the rectangle be xcm .Then the length of the rectangle is (14+x)cm.Perimeter of the rectangle=160=2(14+x+x)=>80=14+2x=>66=2x=> x=33. So length and width of the rectangle are 33+14cm =47cm and 33cm .
