☆The length of a rectangle in twice its breadth . If the perimeter is 72 meters , find the length and breadth of the rectangle.

Perimeter of a rectangle= 2×(length+breadth)

Given,

Let us assume 'l' to be length and 'b' breath.

Given that = L= 2b By replacing l and 2b because it's twice of b

.°.

\huge2 \times (2b + b) = 72

\huge{\blue{2 \times (3b) = 72}}

\huge{\pink{6b = 72}}

\huge{\purple{b =  \frac{72}{6} = 12 }}

\huge{\red{ 2\times12 =24}}

.°. The  \: length \:  is  \: 24
