Given:

  • Length of the rectangle =10cm

To find:

  • Find the area of rectangle

Solution:

 \tiny \fbox \blue{Perimeter of square=4a}

  • 4×9=36cm

Perimeter of square=Perimeter of rectangle

  • 2(l+b)=36
  • 2(10+b)=36
  • 2b+20=36
  • 2b=16
  • b= 8

 \colorbox{lime}{Area = l×b}

  • = 10×8
  • = 80cm²
  • Hence the answer is 80cm²
