Let length of rectangle ( L) =x+10 cm
Breadth of rectangle ( B) = x cm
Perimeter of rectangle = 44 cm
So, Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L+B)
44 = 2(x+10+x)
44 = 2(2x+10)
44/2 = 2x+10
22 = 2x+10
22-10= 2x
12 = 2x
So, value of x = 12/2 = 6
So, L = x+10
= 6+10 = 16 cm
And B = x = 6 cm
Now, diagonal of rectangle is
 \sqrt{6 {}^{2} }+\sqrt{16 {}^{2} }

 \sqrt{36 + 256}
 \sqrt{292}

17.088 cm
