The length of a rectangle is 13cm more than 2 times breadth. If the perimeter is 62cm find the length​

Answer:

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

l= 13+2b

2(13+2b+b)=62cm

2×13+3b=62cm

26+3b=62cm

3b=62-26

3b=36

b=36/3=12

let's substitute the values

l= 13+12×2

l=13+24

l=37
