The length of a rectangle is 16 CM & it's perimeter is equal to the perimeter of square with side 12.5 CM. find the area of the rectangle

Given Data:
Length of rec.=16cm
Length of side of square=12.5cm
Perimeter of square=4 * side = 4* 12.5=50cm
perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)
                                   ⇒2(l+b)=50
                                   ⇒2(16+b)=50
                                   ⇒32+2*b=50
                                   ⇒b=50-32/2=9cm
 ∴ Area of rectangle=l*b=16*9=144² cm
