Answer:

length of rectangle= 2.5m = 2.5×100=250 cm

breadth of rectangle= 40 cm

area = l×b= 250× 40= 10000 cm²

 \huge \red {\boxed{\pink {\underline {\tt {\red{A} {\pink{N} {\color{navy}{S}} {\purple{W} {\orange{E} {\color{blue}{R}}}}}}}}}}

Length of a rectangle = 2.5 m

Breadth of a rectangle = 40 cm =0.4 m(changed into metre)

Area of a rectangle = length ×breadth sq.units.

= 2.5 ×0.4

= 1 m ^2

Hope it helps ♥️
