breadth = x

length = x+2

perimeter = 2*(length+breadth)

28 = 2*(x+x+2)

28 = 2* (2x+2)

2x+2 = 28/2 = 14

x = (14-2)/2=6

x+2 = 8

Answer:

b (breadth) = x

l (length) = x+2

Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

28 = 2(x+x+2)

28= 2(2x+2)

2x+2 = 28/2 = 14

x = (14-2)/2 = 6

x+2 = 8

length is 8
