The length of a rectangle is 2 cm more than thrice the breadth of the rectangle. The length of
the rectangle is 17 cm. (Take the breadth of the rectangle as b.)​

l=2+3b

l=17cm (given)

now,

17=2+3b

3b=15

b=5cm

perimeter=2(l+b)

=2(17+5)

=2(22)

=44cm^2
