Let ,

The breadth of a rectangle = x

So , length = 20 + x

Given ,

\to Perimeter of the given rectangle is 100 cm

\sf \to 2(length+breadth) = 100

\\  \\

\sf \to 2( x +20+x )=100

\\    \\  \sf \to 2x+20=\frac{100}{2}

\\  \\  \sf  \to 2x= 50 -20

\\  \\  \sf  \to 2x= 30

\\  \\ \sf \to x= \frac{30}{2}

\\  \\  \sf \to x = 15 \: cm

Therefore , dimensions of the rectangle :

\to \sf Breadth = 15 \:   cm \\  \\

\sf \to

Length = 15 + 20 = 35 \:  cm
