Answer:

=> Length is 35m and Breadth is 15m

Step-by-step explanation:-

Given that:-

Length is 20m more than its width,

i,e., L = (20 + Breadth)

The perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l + b) = 100m

Assume that,

Breadth be 'x',

Then length be = 20 + x

Therefore,

=> 2 ( 20 + x ) = 100

=> 2x = 30

=> x = 15... (Breadth)

Length = 20 + x

            = 20 + 15

            = 35m

Hence, the length and breadth of a rectangle are 35m and 15m respectively.
