let the breadth of rectangle =x

length = x+27

perimeter of rectangle = 110

2 (l+b) = 110

2(27+x+x) = 110

2(27+2x) =110

54+4x = 110

4x = 110 -54

x= 56/4

x= 14

length = 27+14=41

Area of rectangle = 14×41 = 574
