Answer:

Let breath= x

length = x+2

perimeter=2(l+b)

28 = 2(x+x+2)

28 =2(2x+2)

28/2= 2x+2

14 = 2x+2

14-2 =2x

12=2x

x=6

breath = 6

length = 8

Answer:

let the breadth be x cm.

Then, length = (x + 2) cm

ATQ,

Perimeter= 28cm

2(l+b) = 28

2( x+2 + x) = 28

2x + 2 = 28/2

2x = 14 - 2

x = 12/2

x = 6

breadth= x = 6cm

length = x+2 = 8cm
