Hey friend, ☺️ here is your answer ____________________________

Let the breadth of the rectangle be b cm.
So length of the rectangle will be (b + 2) cm

Perimeter = 48 cm
2 (l + b) = 48
2 (b + 2 + b) = 48
2(2b + 2) = 48
2b + 2 = 24
2b = 22
b = 11
Breadth = 11 cm
Length = 11 + 2 = 13 cm

Area of the rectangle = l × b = 13 × 11 = 143 cm².

Hey mate thank for the questiom
Hope it helps
Perimeter=48cm
Let the breadth= b
So lenghth=(2+b)
Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)
48=2(2+b+b)
48/2=2+2b
24=2+2b
24-2=2b
22=2b
22/2=b
11=b
So breadth=11cm
Lenghth=2+b=2+11=13cm
Area =l*b
Area=13*11=143cm2
