So by the given condition

2 [ Length + Breadth ] = 52

⇒ Length + Breadth = 26

⇒ 3b - 2 + b = 26

⇒ 4b = 28

⇒ b = 7

The breadth of the rectangle = 7 meter

Length of the rectangle

= ( 3 × 7 - 2 ) meter

= 21 - 2 meter

= 19 meter
