length = 14cm

breadth = 11cm

area = l×b

154 = (x+3) x

= x^2+3x

x^2+3x-154=0

(x^2-11x)+(14x-154)=0

x (x-11)+14 (x-11) =0

(x-11) (x+14) = 0

breadth = 11cm

length = 14cm
