Answer:

let, breath = x cm

length = x + 3 cm

Thus,

Perimeter = 2 (l+b)

50 = 2 ( x + x + 3)

50 = 2x + 2x + 6

50 - 6 = 4x

4x = 44

x = 44 ÷ 4

x = 11 cm

So,

breath = 11cm

length = 11cm + 3cm

= 14cm

Hence,

Sum of length and Breath ,

= 11cm + 14cm

= 25cm....... Answer!!
