The length of a rectangle is 3 cm more than its breadth. If the length is
increased by 2cm and breadth is reduced by 1cm, then the area remains
the same. Find the length and breadth of the rectangle.

Then, length = 3x cm

New breadth =(x+5) cm

New length =(3x−3)cm

Then, (x+5)(3x−3)−3x×x=57
