Let breadth be ( x ) cm and Length be ( x + 3 ) cm
Perimeter = 24
We Know, perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth )
On applying formula, we get,
2 ( x + x + 3 ) = 24
2x + 3 = 13
2x = 10
x = 5
Hence, Length =( x + 3 ) =>( 5 + 3 ) = 8 cm
Perimeter = 24
