Step-by-step explanation:

manaki breadth = x

to length = 3x

the perimeter of rectangle is 2(3x+x)

1960 = 2(4x)

1960 = 8x

x = 1960/8

x = 245

breadth is 245 so length is 245×3 = 735

then

the area of rectangle is length × breadth

= 245 × 735

= 180,075
