Using Pythagoras

L²+b²=d ²

30²+b²=34²

B²=34²-30²

B²=1156-900

B²=256

$b = \sqrt{256}$

B=16cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

=2(30+16)

=2x46

=92cm
