then the length=2b+3

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

=36=2(2b+3+b)

=36=2(3b+3)

=36=6b+6

=36-6=6b

=30=6b

=5=b

therefore, the breadth=b=5

the length=2b+3

=2*5+3=13
