Step-by-step explanation:

taking l as length and b as breadth

then l =b+4

area =b* (b+4) =192

b^2+4b=192

b^2+4b-192=0

solving the quadriatic equation ,

(b-12)*(b+16)=0

b=12 & -16

since we can take only positive value,

b=12

l=16
