Let width of rectangle is x

Let length of rectangle = 2x-4

According to question

Perimeter of rectangle = 100m

2(l+b) = 100m

2(x+2x-4) = 100m

2x+4x-8 = 100m

6x = 108m

x = 18

Therefore

width of rectangle = x

= 18m

Length of rectangle = 2x-4

= 32m

Hence

length is 18m and Width is 32m.
