Let breadth be x cm
length is 4+x cm
perimeter is 4.16m
416cm
2(l+b)=416
2(x+4+x)=416
2x+4=208
2x=204
x=102
Length is 106 cm
Breadth is 102 cm

Heya,

Perimeter of the rec. = 4.16 m
= ( 4.16 × 100 ) cm
= 416 cm

Let the breadth be x cm
So, the length be x + 4 cm

According to Question,

2 × (x + 4 + x) = 416
=> 2x = 208 - 4 = 204
=> x = 204/2 = 102

∴ Breadth of the rec. = x cm
= 102 cm
