Now, Let to be Breadth of Rectangle = x

So, Length of Rectangle = ( x + 5 )


Here, Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( L + B )

Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( x + 5 + x )

Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( 2x + 5 )

Perimeter of Rectangle = 4x + 10

50 = 4x + 10

50 - 10 = 4x

•°• 4x = 40

°•° x = 40/4 => 10

Here, We have obtained , Length of Rectangle and Breadth of Rectangle are 15 and 10 respectively!

Now, According to the Question's Statement!

Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

Area of Rectangle = 15 × 10 cm²
