To Find :

  • length of rectangle

Solution :

  • perimeter of Triangle = 105cm
  • Breadth = x
  • Length = ???

 \underline{ \large \purple{ \mathscr{\dag\:A \bf{ccourding}  \: to   \: \mathscr {Q} \bf{uestion} ....}}}

Length of a rectangle is 5 cm more than the breadth.

If Breadth is x then Length will be (x + 5)cm

\boxed{\underline{\orange{\textrm{Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)}}}}

›› 2( x + 5 + x) = 105

›› 2(2x + 5) = 105

›› 4x + 10 = 105

›› 4x = 105 - 10

›› x = 95/4

›› x = 23.75

So,

Breadth of rectangle x + 5 is 23.75 + 5 = 28.75cm

If u find my answer Useful please mark me a Brainliest

Breadth = 24.25

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Breadth to be = x

Length will become = x + 5

Perimeter Rectangle given = 105

Perimeter of Rectangle = 2( L + B )

2[ x + (x +5) ] = 105

2( 2x + 5 ) = 105

4x + 10 = 105

4x = 95

x = 95/4 or 24.25
