Answer:

Let the breadth be x

then length=2x+5

a/q

(x+2x+5)2=310

(3x+5)2=310

6x+10=310

6x=310-10

6x=300

x=300÷6

x=50

breadth=50 metre

length=2×50+5=100+5=105metre

Answer:

length is 105

let breadth be x

then, length will 2x + 5 (5 meter longerthan twice the breadth)

perimeter = 310

then formula of perimeter of rectancle is 2 (l+b)

so,

2(x +2x +5) = 310

2x + 4x + 10 = 310

6x + 10 = 310

6x = 310 - 10

6x = 300

x = 300/6

x = 50

breadth = 50

length = 2x + 5

2 × 50 + 5

100 + 5

105
