Let the breadth be x m
So,
length = (x+5) m
Perimeter = (x+16) m

Perimeter = 2(length + breadth)
➡(x+16) = 2 ( x + 5 + x )
➡(x+16) = 2 ( 2x + 5 )
➡x + 16 = 4x + 10
➡16 - 10 = 4x - x
➡6 = 3x
➡6/3 = x
➡2 = x

breadth = (x) m = 2m
length = (x+5) m = 2+5 = 7m
Perimeter = x+16 = 2+16 = 18m

Check
Perimeter = 2(length+breadth)
18 = 2*(7+2)
18 = 2*9
