We know that

Perimeter = 2(l + b)

Length = l + 5 and breadth = l

250 = 2(l + 5 + l)

250/2 = 2l + 5

125 = 2l + 5

125 - 5 = 2l

120 = 2l

120/2 = l

60 = l

Breadth = 60 m

Length = 60 + 5 = 65 m
