let b = x
so l = 6x/5

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l +b)
2(6x/5 + x)=132
2(11x/5) = 132
11x/5 = 66
x = (66×5)/11
x= 30

so b = x = 30meter
and l = 6x/5 = 36meter

area of rectangle = l×b
= 30 × 36
= 1080meter²

P=2(l+b)
l=6/5*b
132=2(6/5*b+b)
66=11/5*b
b=30
l=36
a=l*b
a=30*36
a=1080
