take breath as x

  1. take length as x+6
  2. now,perimeter is 60cm
  3. perimeter=2(l+b)
  4. 60=2(x+6+x)
  5. 60=2(2x+6)
  6. 60=4x+12
  7. 60-12=4x
  8. 48=4x
  9. x=48÷4
  10. x=12
  11. now we got the breath is 12cm
  12. length is 6cm more than the breath
  13. so l=x+6
  14. l=12+6
  15. l=18
  16. we got length is 18cm
  17. now area
  18. area=l×w
  19. area=18×12cm²
  20. area=216cm²
  21. I think this is helpful for you
  22. THANK YOU
