let the breadth be x
length = 3x - 6
perimeter =2(l+b)
148 = 2( x +3x-6)
74 = 4x - 6
80 = 4x
x = 20
breadth = 20
length = 54

Heya!
--------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

◾Let the Breadth of the Rectangle = x units

◾Then Length of The Rectangle = (3x - 6 )

↪Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 × ( L + B )

↪Perimeter Given = 148 units

Now, Putting in values :
-------------------------------

148 = 2 × ( x + 3x - 6 )

148 / 2 = ( 4x - 6 )

4x - 6 = 74

4x = 74 + 6

4x = 80

x => 20 units
============

◾Length => 3 (20) - 6 = 60 - 6

=> 54 units

◾Breadth => 20 units
