lets take breadth as '3x-6'
perimeter = 2×(l+b)
P(perimeter) = 2×(3x-6)+x)
148 = 2×(4x-6)
148 =8x-12
148+12 =8x(-12+12)
136 =8x
136÷8 =x
17 = x
so length is 3×17-6 =45m
breadth is x= 17
