length = x + 7

perimeter = 2( l+ b) = 90
2( x + 7 + x ) = 90
2( 2x + 7 ) = 90
4x + 14 = 90
4x = 90 - 14 = 76
x = 76/4
x = 19

Therefore : breadth = 19cm
length = 19 + 7
= 26cm
