The length of a rectangle is 7 m more than its breadth. If its perimeter is 50 m, find the length

and breadth of the rectangle

Here is ur answer :

Let the breadth be x.

Then, the length be x + 7.

Perimeter of Rectangle = 50 m

2(l + b) = 50

2(x + x + 7) = 50

2x + 7 = \frac{50}{2}

2x + 7 = 25

2x = 25 - 7

2x = 18

x = \frac{18}{2}

x = 9

Breadth = 9 cm

Length = 9 + 7 = 16
