Let the breadth of the rectangle be X m,
Length = (7+x) m
Perimeter = 50 m
50 = 2(x+7+x)
25 = 7+2x
18 = 2x
X = 9 m.
Therefore, Length = (9+7)m = 16 m and Breadth = 9 m.
