The length of a rectangle is 7 m more than its breadth. If its perimeter is 50 m, find the length

and breadth of the rectangle.

Let the breadth be= x
Length=7+x
Perimeter of rectangle =
2(l+b)= perimeter
50=2(7+x+x)
50= 14 +2x+2x
50-14=4x
32=4x
x= 32÷4=
X=9
breadth = 9
Lenght=7+9=
16
Lenght =16


So lenght is 16
