The Length of a rectangle is 7 times its breadth. If the perimeter of the rectangle is 96 m, find its length and breadth.

Here is yr answer......
let the breadth = x
length = 7x
perimeter = 96m
perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
2(l+b) = 96m
2(x+7x) = 96
2 × 8x = 96
16x = 96
x = 96/16
x = 6
Breadth = 6m
length = 7(6) = 42m
