Step-by-step explanation:

let the breath of rectangle be x

then, the length be 2x-7.

If , length is decreased by 2cm then, 2x-7-2cm = 2x-9 cm

and the breath is increased by 3cm then,x+3

perimeter of rectagle = 2(l+b)

66cm. = 2(2x-9 + x+3 )

66cm. = 2(3x -6)

66cm. = 6x-12 cm

66cm +12. = 6x

78cm. = 6x

x = 78/6

x = 13

then, Breath = 13 cm

Length = 2x -7 = 26-7 = 19 cm ans.
