We have,

Perimeter = 90 cm

Let the breadth be x

So, length = x + 7 cm

We know,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2( length + breadth )

=> 2 ( x + 7 + x) = 90

=> 2x + 14 + 2x = 90

=> 4x = 90 - 14

=> x = 76/4 = 19

Hence,

Length = x + 7cm = (19 + 7)cm = 26 cm

Breadth = x = 19 cm
