The length of a rectangle is 7cm more then its breadth. If both the length and breadth are increased by 2cm, the area of new rectangle becomes 54cm² more than that of the original rectangle.Find the length and breadth of the given restangle.​

let the breadth of rectangle be x cm

so, the length = x+7 cm

area of the rectangle = l×b

= x(x+7) sq.cm

= x^2 + 7x sq.cm

now, according to the question,

x+2 × x+7+2 = 54+x^2 +7x

x+2+x+9 = 54+x^2 +7x

2x+11 = 54+x^2 +7x

-5x-43 = x^2
