Let breadth = x
Length = 2x + 8
Perimeter = 2 ( l + b )
2( 2x + 8 + x ) = 76 cm
2( 3x + 8 ) = 76 cm
6x + 16 = 76 cm
6x = 60 cm
x = 10 cm

Therefore, breadth = 10 cm
length = 2*10 + 8 = 28 cm

Hello,
let the breadth be x.
thus length:
b=2x+8
the perimeter is:
P=2×(b+h)=76
so:
2×(2x+8+x)=76;
2×(3x+8)=76;
6x+16=76;
6x=76-16;
6x=60;
x=60:6=10
then:
length=b=2x+8=(2×10)+8=20+8=28 cm
and
breath=h= 10 cm

bye :-)
