Hello mate here is your answer

So, we have area = 105 cm^2

Considering length = w + 8

Considering width = w

Explanation:

w x ( w + 8 ) = 105

=> w^2 + 8w = 105

=> w^2 + 8w - 105 = 0

=> factor,

=> ( w - 7 )( w + 15 ) = 0

Evaluation,

w = 7 or -15 ( reject - 15 as w > 0 )

When w = 7

length = w + 8

length = 7 + 8 = 15

so width = 7 and length = 15

hope it helps you plz mark as branlist!!!!!
