Answer:

Length : 81/8 m

Breadth : 53/8

Step-by-step explanation:

(x - 2)(y + 2) - 3 = xy \\ xy + 2x - 2y - 4 - 3 = xy \\ 2x - 2y = 7 \\ x - y = \frac{7}{2} \\ \\ \\ (x - 3)(y - 1) + 27 = xy \\ xy - x - 3y + 27 + 3 = xy \\ - x - 3y = - 30 \\ x + 3y = 30 \\ \\ \\ solving \: above \: eqations \\ \\ 4y = 30 - \frac{7}{2} \\ 4y = 53\div 2 \\ y = \frac{53}{8} \\ x = \frac{7}{2} + \frac{53}{8} = \frac{28+ 53}{8} = 81 \div 8 = \frac{81}{8} \\ \\ \\ length \: = \: \frac{81}{8} \: \: \: m \\ breadth \: = \frac{53}{8} \: \: \: m
