taking breadth as x

area=length*breadth=10m^2 (given)

so x+3 (x)=10

x^2+3x-10=0

By splitting the middle term method,

x=2

perimeter= 2 (l+b)

=2 ([2+3]+2)

=2 (7)

=14m
