Answer:

let breadth be x

and length be x+3

area=l×b

area=x+3×x

area=3x+x square

if length increased by 9 than length=x+12

if breadth reduce by5

than breadth=x-5

now,

area=x+12×x-5

area=x square +7x-60

3x+xsquare =xsqaure+7x-60

x square cancel on both side

3x=7x-60

4x=60

x=15

hence,

breadth=15

length=18
